ORGANIC QUALITIES OF THE OCTOPUS

The octopus is a carnivorous marine molluse that can be found on tropical and warm waters from the Atlantic and Pacific Ocean and the Mediterranium Sea.

Lives on deep waters, on wich se arrastra, but is also able to make a swift swim. His life span is short, with a limit of 3 years. His diet is based on crabsm shiimps and cloysters.

The octopus meat is edible and very valuable arround the World. The Octopus is rich on mineral salts an B vitamin, and has a very low quantity of fat.
